Hi, I’m Jessica!
I live in Flagstone, Queensland, and have been working in the beauty industry since completing my Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy in 2012.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Over the years, I’ve specialised in lash extensions, completing two lash courses, brows, and skin treatments, and I love creating natural, tailored looks that make my clients feel amazing.
When you visit Petal & Lash, you’re not just booking a treatment – you’re enjoying a personalised experience where every detail is designed with care. My goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing space where you can unwind and leave feeling refreshed and confident.

Lash Extensions
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue).
- Avoid oily skincare products around your eyes on the day of your appointment.
- Remove contact lenses beforehand if possible (bring a case if needed).
- Please avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you relax.
- Allow enough time — lash appointments can take 1.5–2 hours, depending on the set.
Brow Lamination
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows.
- Avoid using retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or other exfoliating/skincare actives for at least 3 days prior.
- Do not apply self-tanner to the face for 48 hours before your appointment.
- Avoid tweezing, waxing, or trimming your brows within 48 hours beforehand.
- Let your provider know if you have any skin sensitivities, recent sunburn, or cosmetic procedures (like Botox or fillers) near the brow area.
Lash Lift
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue).
- Avoid using waterproof mascara for 48 hours before your appointment.
- Remove contact lenses beforehand if possible (bring a case if needed).
- Do not use lash curlers or apply oils/serums on the lashes the day of your appointment.
- Keep lashes dry and free from makeup, steam, or oils for the first 24 hours after your lift.
Facial Waxing
- Exfoliate gently the day before (avoid harsh scrubs or acids right before your appointment).
- Do not apply retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or strong skincare actives for at least 3 days prior.
- Let your provider know if you are using Accutane, Retin-A, or similar medications.
- Avoid tanning or direct sun exposure 24 hours before and after waxing.
- Keep the area clean and avoid makeup, heat, or sweating for 24 hours post-service.
Brow Hybrid Dye
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows.
- Avoid self-tanning products on the face for 48 hours before your appointment.
- Do not use exfoliating or oily skincare products on the brow area the day of service.
- Keep brows dry for 24 hours after your appointment to allow the dye to set.
- Avoid strong cleansers, scrubs, or chlorine for the first few days to extend color longevity.
